My stay at the hotel was simply amazing. The rooms were very large, clean, and comfortable, exactly to my taste. The service was extremely accommodating and super duper nice. The location was excellent, situated in a quiet street but right in the city center. The dining experience was a wonderful one, with exceptional service and food. Overall, a great value for money with top-notch service and comfort.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated with a Zen energy vibe and impeccably clean, though finding the bedside lamp switch was a bit of a challenge. The service was friendly and helpful, despite a slightly higher currency conversion rate. The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby dining options, though the cold December weather was unexpected. The dining experience was good, but I felt the pricing was a bit high compared to similar places in Laos. The facilities were great, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

However, it's not ideal as it was unusually cold in December during my stay and the serving of salt & pepper and lime & chili was not up to standard.

The hotel is a cozy retreat with a nice Lao interior style in the rooms, making them inviting. While the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, the lighting setup was poor, resulting in a darker ambiance than ideal. The individually decorated rooms were exactly to our taste, but reading on the bed was a bit challenging due to the dim lighting.
